Almal US Index Fund Award

On March 5th 2006, Almadar US Index Fund, managed by Almadar Finance & Investment, Kuwait was awarded the Best Islamic US Equity Fund Award, during the 2005 Islamic Fund award ceremony, organized by Failaka international in Bahrain. The other four funds nominated for the award were managed by National Commerical Bank (NCB) Saudi Arabia, Permal Asset Management UK, Saturna Capital USA, and Azzad Asset Management USA.
